Whenever possible these will be sought through micro enterprises specializing in providing these services to other micro enterprises. This way there is cultural alignment.
Sometimes new support micro enterprises will be formed provide such services. All of this avoids the costs and delays inherent in beuqacratic hierarchal structures.
Sometimes these services will be purchased outside the boundary of highly aligned EMC. They may or may not participate in the incentive structure of the EMC contract.
