This is a mechanism to have all the participants "on the same page" in a win-win-win arrangement that is adjustable to fit the unfolding value creating dynamics.
This mechanism removes the need for hierarchical control. Every participant is voluntary and autonomous. All agreements and adjustments to those agreements are made by all parties to the agreement and in writing.
This is a way to acknowledge risks taken and value provided. It sets out the rewards that accrue to the participants--ONLY when and if the enterprise is successful.
